I absolutely fell in love with the Biscayne III model from Liberty. The attention to detail and quality of work was Exactly what I was looking for. My sales person Jim Cain was extremely helpful in Guiding us through the contract process. Telling us what we would need if we couldn’t think about it on our own my project manager, Sam Pugh Was always available to discuss progress or answer any questions we might’ve had during the building process. Both homes that we built were modified based on ADA needs or just even personal preferences. Liberty never even flinched. The selection process was fun exciting with many many many things to choose between all standard, not upgraded. Our houses were built And delivered exactly when they promised. And I must say I’ve been in my house for five months and the warranty process is just as easy. Our entire neighborhood/block is all new construction going up at the same time with several different builders being used. I have to say there are many more complaints. I hear from them. My only complaint is I don’t get to see my project manager anymore or my sales person. They were phenomenal.
Liberty Homes Built my NEW Dream home in Compass Pointe. From my first interaction with Jim Cain, right through the selections process with Anne and Marybeth, the amazing office team of Melissa and Hannah, Jonas and Blaine, and then my AMAZING project Manager, Sam Pugh, the Liberty team has been incredibly attentive and customer service oriented. They all made me feel like family, addressed any questions I had expeditiously and built my house beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this team!
Liberty Builders did a fabulous job of creating our vision of our dream home. From the start, when Cece was drawing up plans and putting my changes into reality, to the end, when Hank followed through making sure that everything was the way it should be we were very pleased with the results. Our project manager, Sam, really cared about the results and the quality of our home. To sum it up, we love our Liberty home and the customization that Liberty allows you.

We built the Summerlyn with Liberty Homes. This is our third new home build. We are in the house 13 months now and could not be happier. The quality of the home is terrific. Right from the very beginning, working with Cecee, she was creative, flexible and knew her product inside and out. We asked for changes and Cecee and the Liberty team delivered the changes that made this house our home. The value that Liberty delivered is terrific. From the attic with soaring ceilings, because the house is stick-built and all lumber is cut onsite rather than pre-fabricated, to the 35 foot long sunroom, the open concept and the small details. One year later, we had a couple of minor warranty claims and Liberty delivered with promptness, a positive attitude and great work. Cannot say enough about the Liberty team. Under promised, over delivered, and more than went that extra mile. Meeting Roger at Liberty Homes early one Friday afternoon was, quite honestly, something that almost didn’t happen. My wife and I were on the tail end of a solid week of meeting with most all of the builders in Brunswick Forest, listening patiently to one sales pitch after another, and viewing their model homes. Believing we were armed with as much information than was probably needed to make a decision on a builder, we were more than ready to head back to Virginia. However, we still hadn’t visited the last builder on our list, Liberty Homes. Begrudgingly, we decided to stick it out and sit down with Roger and quickly noticed that there was something about his demeanor and mild sales pitch that really resonated with us. He was in the middle of his lunch, and we were more than ready to motor back up I-95, so we wasted little time talking with each other about the things that mattered most, to each of us, as home buyers and as a home builder. The meeting ended with Roger handing us a listing of all of their models and an invitation to take a tour the next time my wife and I were back in town. The conversation lasted maybe fifteen minutes, but it felt like none of the other numerous meetings my wife and I had that week and, needless to say, we ended up staying in town a few more days to tour their models. Following years of traveling up and down the North Carolina coast looking for our ideal retirement community (Brunswick Forest), my wife and I spent almost another year following my meeting with Roger pouring over dozens and dozens of floor plans from Liberty and the other builders in Brunswick Forest. Truth be known, we found only two home builders, one being Liberty, able to accommodate the floor plan we had in mind without moving to a significantly higher priced custom home builder. What differentiated Liberty from the other home builder, was, more than anything, working with CeCee, Liberty’s builder representative. I kid you not, CeCee was returning emails often times very late into the evening. Her tireless efforts working with Jonas, our pre-construction architect and estimator, to make our floor plan work sealed the deal. Today, we’re the proud owners of Liberty’s Summerlyn model, perfectly placed on a lot in Cape Fear National. We now consider Roger, CeCee, Jonas, Bryan, Ann, Hannah, Lori, Andy, Jaramie, Marybeth, Melissa, and Hank our friends, and not simply individuals who were part of a business transaction. And with respect to Jaramie, our construction manager, we’re not sure anyone else could have been as courteous and professional when we had questions, as thoughtful in his answers, or would have measured up to his drive and attention to detail in building our dream retirement home. Most of this build took place during the height of the pandemic. But even with all of the supply chain and labor shortages, Liberty Homes, all the way down to their subcontractors, over-delivered and built a retirement home that is exactly what my wife and I had envisioned. With the home built, and thanks to everyone at Liberty Homes, there is quite literally nothing we would have done differently – no second thoughts about anything. And, we certainly couldn’t be happier that we made that “last” stop, that Friday, at Liberty Homes and met Roger.
We chose Liberty to build our home in Palmetto Creek because we loved the floorplan of the Palmetto and had heard they build a great home. We could not be happier with our new home. The quality of our home is exceptional. There are features you only find in Liberty Homes with so many being standard in all their homes. Without question the best value and highest quality of any other area builders.
We just recently moved into our beautiful Liberty home. Excellent quality work and great team from design to selections to the build. Our construction manager Sam was very responsive when we had questions and did a great job keeping us informed on the progress. Very happy with this builder.
We built Palmetto II with Liberty Home Builder in 2021. They were an excellent team to work with. We made modifications and Liberty helped make them better than we envisioned. When we had supply issues, they helped us find alternatives that worked well for us. The few problems we had when we moved in were promptly taken care of by Liberty and their subcontractors. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Liberty to build our home.

We selected Liberty Homes to build our home after touring several models in Brunswick Forrest as the quality, detail and style of Liberty's homes stood out. We had the great privilege of meeting Cecee Poe who listened to what we wanted and offered options to changes in the floor plans. Cecee knows the floor plan so well and made recommendations on what could be changed. Cecee was patient and made multiple floor plan revisions until we had the design that was exactly what we wanted. Our project manger was Jeremia Sorensen who is a wonderful representative for Liberty Homes and committed to his clients. Jeremia kept BuilderTrend current so we could view the scheduled tasks each month. He added photos of the house starting with the foundation through completion. Jeremiah is professional, courteous, multi-talented and skillfully navigated through the final requirements so we could move into our house. We also want to thank Hannah and Lori who we got to know well during the final weeks. We are so thankful that we chose Liberty Homes and highly recommend them. We love our house!

Liberty is a Class A organization. From our first meeting with Cecee through the completion of the build by our project manager Jeremia, everyone we met along the way were quality people and the value for the quality of the build was just fantastic. There isn't a day go by where a neighbor doesn't comment on the beauty and uniqueness of our new Liberty Home. I often tell people the quality of an organization is only as good as its people and with liberty the sky is the limit !
My wife and I selected Liberty to build our forever home after almost 40 years of a nomadic career life. The right home in the right spot was very important to us jointly and my wife specifically. After a couple false starts with custom building companies, we contacted Erin Kassay at Liberty homes. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding. The project was delivered basically on-time and on-budget, despite numerous CoVid, supply chain related challenges. They were responsive and attentive throughout the process and now, over a year after our construction was completed, we see a Liberty representative a couple times a week. Part of that is because they live in our community, but a lot of the attentiveness is because they take time out of their day occasionally to ask us how we are and how we like our home. The home quality is exactly what we wanted. They build a home to current standards of quality for our area and the construction site manager Kevin, was manic about the quality of work from Liberty staff and sub-contractors. His follow-up was flawless. I have been responsible throughout my career for trying to ensure a great "customer journey" for my clients. It was a pleasure to go on a customer journey that was what up to, and exceeded, the standards I would set for my own staff.
