This unique floor plan begins on the 8’ deep front porch with stamped concrete and front door with glass transom and sidelights that allows plenty of natural light into the entry foyer which has a tastefully applied trim detail on the ceiling. Off the foyer through a pair of glass French doors is a private front room meant for a study, office, or 3rd bedroom with two closets and a wood built-in lower cabinet
and upper shelving. Additionally, off of the foyer in the front portion of the home is a powder room with finished cabinetry storage, a full guest bathroom with garden tub and tile, a full guest bedroom, as well as an additional linen closet off the connecting hallway.
